Owen referred by our friend , and we chose Owen’s team to sell our house in wishart , after 2 weeks Owen generated 5 offers and sold house house with cash unconditional contract. Highly recommend, very successful agent , not only focus on the speed of selling but also has a method and skill to maximize the end result for his vendor

Owen received a price above our expections. He conducted our open house with well planned stratigies.

Thanks Owen and his team sold my house by off the market method in 1 hour! Highly recommended him to the people who want to sell the house in the future!

We bought our house from Owen Chen (Place Sunnybank team) we were impressed about his service and warm personality. 2 years after , when we decide to sell, we chose him without any hesitation. Our house is not in a location which is easy to sell, however, due to Owen’s large buyer database, his WeChat ( Chinese social media platform) attracts a Chinese Investor who bought our house at Auction. If you want an agent who provides honesty information, down to earth work attitude with large qualified buyer database, Owen and His company Place Sunnybank is your best choice!

Second time working with owen and his team, again very competitive auction , house sold for record price, will use their service again! Agent for lifetime

We are very happy to recommend the service of Owen and his team. With the recent sale of our property within the expected timeframe, Owen has been most helpful in guiding us through the preparation and advertising campaign with timely updates of market feedback.
