He is very professional in the field, he is great.

Thank you to Owen and the team for a great experience whilst purchasing this home. They are very professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Owen’s market knowledge was extensive and this gave me confidence in selecting him to sell my property. During the campaign the first contract fell over and Owen worked hard to secure another buyer which resulted in a great price. I found the whole team to be helpful and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Thanks for your support this time. I'd like to contact you to buy other ones later:)

Owen and his team no the area very well and did a great job in selling our house at auction.

Good agent! Helped us through the process and explained what needs to be done properly. Nice and high quality service.

Thanks to Owen and his team, I finally get my dream house after being in the market for two years looking around. I believe not many buyers are as picky as me, but Owen’s team understand my needs and actively follow up when there are new properties available. He and his team response to my queries promptly in all circumstance. I am glad that I ended up buying a property from Place Sunnybank. As working with Place, you know that you are supported by a team rather than an individual like any other agent. Many thanks to Owen and his team in particular, Lisa, JJ, Jason, Arthur and Jess, who have helped and provided their professional advice during the journey.

I have no hesitations in recommending the Owen Chen team to anyone. Great service!!!

Very quite agent listens to His clients

Owen was instrumental in our negotiations with the vendor. He was able to work with us and the vendor to negotiate a sale price that was acceptable to both parties. Thanks Owen!

Owen and his team were very professional and obtained a good result with the sale of our house.

Conducted in a professional manner, working for all parties involved in the sale of the property.
