Despite it being over a year before we decided to go ahead and sell our property, Owen regularly kept in touch and was patient while we considered several different options for our situation. What made Owen stand out from other agents was his professionalism, excellent knowledge of Asian buyers (important in the Sunnybank area) and the fact that he was backed by the Place Agency reputation. Although our property presented some challenges for us emotionally, he remained positive that we would get a good outcome and his team achieved a solid market price - with a bit of extra cream on top! If we were to give any constructive feedback, we feel there could be some improvement in after-sale communication and in-house service - otherwise it would be 5 stars all the way.
