What won me over with Owen was the time he took to meet with me and then again with my wife to explain his whole strategy to us. He used words we can understand and gave us different scenarios. I guess with the market when we sold, we couldn't really see Owen's true talent shine. I believe his major strength comes when there is a hot market and he has multiple buyers wanting the property. In the end he delivered an acceptable outcome but wasn't WOW. Owen is hard working and we were very close to taking the property off the market, glad we persisted in the end.

Very good and helpful agent .

Professional and proactive!

Owen came to meet us with Jonathan and presented a well thought out strategy for the marketing and sale of our house. We decided to follow his advice to the letter and we therefore had a very successful auction. He took the time to explain everything to us about the whole process and kept us well informed. We would highly recommend Owen as an agent. He is an agent you can trust to deliver.

Owen is definitely one of the best porperty agents I have ever met. He is extremely patient and nice to talk to. He is professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience to purchase a house from Owen.

Have worked with Owen Chen for quite a while. He is an experience and helpful agent. He knows the market around southside Brisbane well.

Owens assistant approached us re the sale of property. He very quickly found a buyer and it has proceeded quickly. Everything has been handled promptly and without any fuss. Very pleased with the prospect of finally getting to settle in a few days. Thank you Arthur and Owen.

Good communication and would always call back within the hour if not less

Great team. Was very helpful and settlement was smooth.

Owen was recommended to us by friends who had sold their properties with him recently. In the world of property agents it is rare to meet such nice people as Owen and his team. We were never put under pressure, were treated at all times with respect and they conducted a rigorous advertising campaign which was apparent by the number of people at the auction. Thank you Owen, Ping, Mareeyka, Arthur and Mia. Raewyn and Murray McPheat

Owen and his team were always contactable, helpful and informative. They made the selling experience a smooth one and the house sold quickly and for a good price. We can't thank you enough!

Hi Owen: Thanks very much for you and with all your team member work hard together to achieve the sales target, and have done a great work. With best regards Sherry and Sherry's family
