Owen Chen and the team at place performed the impossible. A previous agent had our property for over three months without any written offers. In less than a week Owen had negotiated a sale with the first inspection before the Place sign went up on the footpath. Thank you to Place Sunnybank.

I have been following Owen on his WeChat for a while and found this property on his private listing. He was very helpful and I would purchase and sell with him. Highly reccomend him

A Big Thank you to Owen and his wonderful team. They made the process of selling our home easy and obtained a premium price for our area. We have no hesitation to recommend them if you are looking for an agent.

Owen and his team at Place Realestate are a pleasure to deal with. Deciding to sell was a very tough decision for me personally because I grew up in this house. But Owen was very patient with me and stayed in touch with me even though I decided not to sell initially. There was no pressure, he guided me through the selling process and explained things in terms I could understand. Owen is a good man. He is the Michael Jordan of Realestate and definetly the agent you want on your team. I will be recommending him to my closest friends and family wishing to sell their home.

Have used Owen twice now and have had great professional service and his local knowledge of Sunnybank is amazing.

Owen has been showing his credibility and capability in helping to sell my house. He show his full communication/ capacity between me and all around especially before and after followup without pushy. Very happy to work with him and his team and highly recommendation to my network people about his professionalism. E & C Yu

We have been very fortunate to have Owen handle the sales for us. Owen has extensive real estate knowledge and experience which gives us significant peace of mind. And he is able to provide prompt responses to our questions and needs. It is rare to find a agent with vast network of social connections and exceptional negotiating skills. We highly recommend the services Owen team provides.

It seems Owen might be part of a larger group of financiers and Chinese investors, which is to the sellers advantage I suggest. It allows a quick sale at a reasonable price , to my mind anyway.

We would like to thank Owen and his team on the sale of our house and would recommend him to anyone selling in this area.

It is a pleasure selling property through Owen again. He never cease to impress us of his excellent selling skills.

It was a really good experience with Owen Chen ，while buying my property. He is precise，expert，easily available for communication. I highly recommend him ，if you are selling or buying a property. Cheers

Owen is a very competent selling agent whom we have had previous pleasure selling our other properties. We look forward to future opportunity with him and Place again.
