Owen and his team are very professional in negotiating the deal for me although my bid didn't hit the reserve price. It was very efficient communication during the whole process. And he is available to pick up phone almost all the time.
Owen Chen did a great job selling the house. We were really happy with him. It was not an easy sale he really worked hard and I can honestly say that without his negotiating skills on Auction day a sale would not have been possible. Great works Owne and Thanks again.
A HUGE thank you to Owen Chen have provided nothing but exceptional service throughout the entire process of buying this house. The level of communication has been outstanding!
买房子认识的Owen，感觉Owen非常敬业。所以卖房子的时候就想到他了. Owen很实在，非常努力，值得信赖。
I really appreciate Owen's prompt response to my questions, and the information he provided to me during my property hunt. He is very friendly and approachable. I'd recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking to buy a property.
Owen is great at marketing and helping us negotiate the price. We are very happy with our purchase. HIghly recommend it.
I can thoroughly recommend Owen , for his skilful, professional & ethical handling of the sale of my mother's house.
This agent and his team have contacts Australia wide and internationally. This agent is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to get a home ready for sale. This agent was never pushy; he knew that when we were ready to sell we would use him as we considered him the best in the area. His Auctioneer Mark Frater is an important part of this agent's team.
I was very impressed with all aspects of the sale procedure with Owen's expertise regarding the marketing to potential clients, also the auction process which I've never been involved in previously but had an extremely good outcome. Owen has an excellent understanding of the market and clients in his area and I was also impressed wth Mark the Auctioneer. I would recommend both to potential clients and also Owen's staff who assisted in the sale process.
Thank you Owen, I was delighted with the extremely wonderful service, your honesty and the attention you and your team gave to the sale of my home. it was an amazing outcome. Owen, I found you to be truthful, helpful and very professional in all of your dealings and throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend the Place team to anyone looking to sell or buy, everything was just amazing and thank you so much again.
We selected Owen Chen to be our agent after much research and careful consideration of the options out there. We wanted an agent who would be straight with us, who understood the local chinese community, and who had high level and ethical business approaches. Owen delivered on all these fronts and did not disappoint us. We were able to make a good sale pre-auction which saved us time and energy at a time of family stress. Thank you Owen.
