Fantastic Agent to deal with

Patrick has had a family connection having sold my mother in laws house and my sister in laws house, when I met he and Larry I was instantly impressed with their knowledge and enthusiasm and was more than comfortable in giving them the listing. They gave us excellent advice and we believe they got us the best price possible for our property. Patrick also assisted us in dealing with the agent who had the listing for our new house. Patrick made the whole process less stressful for my wife and myself and we can't thank them enough.
