What a team! Patrick and Karen did an amazing job selling my property. Their knowledge of the market and the area is second to none and my property was sold for the price I had hoped for, exceeding my expectations. The advertising package was worth every cent as the property was sold within just a few days of being on the market. Full marks go to Patrick and Karen who didn't rest until the right outcome was achieved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at selling their property and would use their services again without hesitation.

Patrick was always available to assist with advice and information about selling the property. As our first ever house sale in Australia we had plenty of questions and he guided us through the whole process. He has an attention to detail that makes you think your property is his top priority no matter how many other properties he has ongoing. We visited his other open homes as well as our own and all were of a great standard and very welcoming.

Both Patrick and Karen have been such a delight for our journey into buying our first home . They both really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100 percent happy and were always available when we needed them :)
