Patrick came to our home to meet us, he seemed to know what he was talking about so we decided to go with him. Patrick gave us solid advice, we actually had a large number of potential buyers through the first open house. And we got an offer during that weekend. Through circumstances out of everybody’s control the sale fell over. This happened within days of the offer. This meant that we could go into the second week of open home with a positive attitude and an understanding of what price we could realistically expect. Patrick negotiated a sale the second weekend. However when we got to the building a pest report there were a few issues. Patrick worked with us and the buyers to renegotiate the price and help all parties to get the property to a condition and price all parties were happy with. He was also able to help provide names of people who could do the work required at a reasonable price and within timeframes required. An added complication was our property was rented the tenants had a contract for another 3 months, our tenants had been with us over 5 years we wanted to do the right thing by them. Again Patrick was able to work with them keeping them informed every step of the way. I would say Patrick is an excellent communicator which made things very easy, even when we hit a issue we would work together to find solutions and move forward. We appreciated his honesty and hard work. We would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell property.
