On first meeting Paul he was well dressed friendly and helpful when we attended an open house on another property. During negotiations for an offer on the house we ended up buy Paul was very assertive which I found off putting, but he was doing his job for the seller. Once the seller accepted our offer Paul was very good, he was polite, friendly, helpful and kept us informed during settlement. Over all I think Paul did a very good job and I would be happy to recommend him.

Paul and Julie made our selling experience a smooth transaction from start to finish! I cannot recommend Paul enough. Paul is so professional at all times and sold my property in a month and obtained a sale price I was very happy with. Paul constantly communicated with me by phone and email to keep me totally informed of the progress.
