We recently bought a property in Buderim which was managed through Paul Anderson. Given the complexity of our circumstances (we were travelling around Australia at the time), we found Paul very flexible in accommodating our needs. Our house sold very quickly, with no fuss and for the price we wanted. At the time we put the house on the market, we were going overseas for 4 weeks, and we told Paul we wanted the house sold by the time we came back. Paul even promised to mow our lawns if they got too long while we were away. The house went on the market the day we left for the airport. By the time we landed in Zurich, we had a written offer to consider (plus others in the pipeline)! After a couple of days of negotiations, we settled on a price and settlement date.
