Paul is an absolutely amazing real estate agent. He does not come in promising the world with all the flash and dazzle that other agents tend to do. His mild manner demeanor is misleading as he certainly knows the area and is spot on with his valuation. Paul is always polite and courteous and always followed up as promised. At no time did he encourage us to take a low offer but instead employed tactics that were very successful and closed the deal in an appropriate time frame to get us the maximum amount of money. Constantly made me feel like helping me get the details I needed for the home was a burden. Pushed through contracts and refused to make amendments for simple things like building plans to be included. Tried to sell the home without a watertank, lied to us that it was not a requirment in SA when it actually is a legal requirment that if it had not been installed the home is not able to be occupied. Did not provide all the keys to the home as per the contract requirment. Refused to support us in rectifying the problem, left it to the previous owners to leave the key instead of facilitiating the hand over as per normal. Instead of helping told me to take it up with the previous owners whose details were not provided. Do not recommend as you could end up out thousands if you follow his advice. Paul cares only about the sale not the service. This makes it hard for both buyer and seller to have a good experience.
