The agent is good, and Paul did a good job for us. But vendor left a very dirty and mess property for us. The drain is blocked in the kitchen. We spent more than $500 to clean the whole house. Anyway, thanks for your help.
The day before we went on an overseas holiday Paul arranged, at our request, a special viewing of a home we were particularly interested in. That same day we signed a contract on the home and left it in Paul's and his team at Real Estate Partners Newton capable hands. Whilst overseas we arranged for a building inspection which was attended to immediately and a couple of building faults were promptly fixed. Paul helped us out in every way ( including liaison with our Brokers and Bank ) to ensure that the sale process happened as smoothly and expertly as possible and we thank him & his team very much. I have known Paul for a few years now and experienced a consistent high level of communication over various projects. He is prompt to return calls, follows through with potential interest and when in negotiation stage. I find him to be honest in his approach and doesnt use salesy pressure or sell you a dream if he feels it isnt achievable. Some agents out there either get bored or uninterested after a couple of weeks when they realise their sales pitch has backfired...Paul is the opposite. He will keep working hard to achieve the result and with positivity. Keep up the good work.

As a local South Australian family, we had been looking for our dream home for a number of years. We crossed paths with Paul at many open inspections, and discussed property and our current circumstance over many phone conversations and at our own home for an appraisal.
