Difficult time of the year to have a house on the market but we finally got a sale. Paul did everything he said he would. The only issue I had was the lack of personalised brochures at the first open.

Paul listened well to the specific way in which we wanted to go about selling our late parents home and was able to work around this. Paul always kept us informed at all house openings, ringing immediately after each opening. It was a quick sale He gave my sister and I a booklet of the photos taken of the house for sale which was a lovely keep sake of the memories of our life in the house. We all had a learning curve just before settlement but all went well in the end.
