From the first time we met Paul Cunnington, he came across as a person with a genuine interest in doing the best he could to assist us. Paul was very understanding and supportive of my wife's situation of selling her mother's house due to the passing of her mother a few months earlier. He outlined to us in a very clear and precise manner all the steps and options involved in the process of selling Helen's mother's house, assisted us to develop a sales campaign, provided appropriate advice on the benefits of the various ways of selling the house, took on board our questions regarding such matters as how to set a reserve and so on and adapted the selling plan to suit our personal needs. Paul was always available when we needed to contact him over any matter, kept in regular contact with us throughout the sales campaign through formal and informal meetings and contacts and provided regular and very detailed progress reports on the level of interest in the property. On the day of the auction, we achieved a result which was above our expectations which in our view was in no small way due to Paul's expertise in handling all matters leading up to the auction and the auction process itself on the day. His friendly, personal approach and timely and expert advice made a difficult situation for my wife a much more comfortable and ultimately pleasing experience for her than it otherwise would have been.
