This is the first time I have gone down the auction route . Very happy with the result . Could go on with the normal platitudes about communication and worked for the seller. But two things. He worked damned hard to get the very best result he could. And he slowly built my trust to the point whereby we said " just go with what you think". My mum moved into aged care. Paul was enlisted to sell her house. This was a delicate situation as I was involved too, to make sure that all went smoothly and yet all decisons were hers as the vendor. Paul worked well with both of us.
