I didn't worry once about this current property selling but the biggest help came after the buyer was found. There were complications with the property that dated back years before my time due to inept council behaviours (who hasn't been frustrated by them at least 30 times?!) But Paul just went Agent of the Year on the situation and got things sorted. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Paul and Hayley worked extremely hard and were very enthusiastic throughout. Our property attracted a lot of interest, with loads of people turning up to home opens and several offers being made. P&H were extremely busy keeping in touch with a lot of potential buyers and with us. The first accepted offer on our house ultimately fell through (finance), meaning they had to do it all again!
