I really don't think we would have made the purchase without the support and assistance of Paul. He did a fantastic job at every step and he proved time and again a man of integrity and a man of his word. hi knowledge of the market was exceptional, his advice was spot on and critically, his response time when everything needed to be co-ordinated between the banks and legal reps, was meticulous. it was a pleasure doing business with him. I can't commend him high enough. His advice and knowledge on the building industry was impressive and local trades people to the extent we are engaging with recommended people to this day, and probably will be for a long time to come. Other practical advice he offered up was spot on. Paul was a consummate gentleman at all times, professional, fair and a great sense of humour which never failed to ease the tension that can arise when purchasing property. He facilitated every step of the process of purchase to the extent I honestly don't think we would have clinched the deal without his assistance and sage guidance. We gained a house and we also gained a friend.

Selling your home could be very stressful, but he made us feel, through the whole process, at ease. Good knowledge, always very accessible and open. He kept us informed what's going on by a weekly report. I highly recommend him for your agent.

The sales process was slow in a slow market. The agent was very good at keeping us up to date and informed of progess. My only suggestion would be that the agent could have changed the marketing plan when nothing was happening and this would have been helpful. A 3 star rating is a good rating for an RE Agent for me.
