Although the initial marketing of the house went smoothly, there were a number of issues discovered during the building inspection that had to be remedied. Paul was extremely helpful in finding appropriate tradies to undertake this work, having to get firms from as far away as Brisbane at one time and contending with a COVID-19 lockdown of Queensland.
