Although the initial marketing of the house went smoothly, there were a number of issues discovered during the building inspection that had to be remedied. Paul was extremely helpful in finding appropriate tradies to undertake this work, having to get firms from as far away as Brisbane at one time and contending with a COVID-19 lockdown of Queensland. He was unflappable and indefatigable and helped me enormously. I honestly think I would have given up without his help. I can’t praise him enough.
