I have had the pleasure of knowing Paul as a purchaser and most recently as a vendor. Most recently, Paul did a phenomenal job in selling a property of mine. His market assessment and intelligence was spot on. His communication through out the process was excellent. Unlike other agents I have encountered, the integrity of all the information conveyed during with process was unquestionable. His negotiation skills are exceptional and resulted in a fantastic outcome for me. I Highly recommend using Paul.

Was extremely happy to have Paul as my agent. He was genuine, informative and made sure I was kept informed after every inspection. Selling prior to auction for the price I was super happy with was just the icing on the cake.

A pleasure to deal with.

Paul Langsam surpassed our expectations and has been a pleasure to work with from go to whoa. Thank you Paul!

Paul pushed very hard to get the maximum number of buyers engaged in the process and keep them engaged. This resulted in an outcome we were very happy with.

Paul made himself available at all times, evening and weekends to help deal with any concerns we had. Paul constantly kept us updated and in the end assisted us to getting a price we were happy with. A true gentlemen of the industry

We really appreciated Paul keeping in contact with us and keeping us updated on interested parties and other developments as the campaign progressed. He was always available to take our calls and queries. We also appreciated his honesty with what he thought was achievable and his advice on the overall process of selling our house by auction. We are very happy with the result.

Paul, I would like to congratulate you for the great effort you put in to the sale of 6A Etham Ave, Darling Point. The way you kept in contact with me on a daily bases informing me how many people had been to view the unit and what they had said. It gave me great confidence in regards to the out come. This was proved on the night of the Auction. What a great result was achieved.
