Although my sister has already written a review on behalf of both of us I feel that I have to add an extra comment. Paul's performance before our brother's property was sold could not be faulted and his persistence and attention resulted in an unbelievable auction price. However, his commitment and dedication to his clients did not end there. Early last week, we were informed that the buyer wanted to settle the property early. Unaware that Paul was still on holidays, I rang him to ask about the keys. As I was unable to contact him, I rang his office and was told he was on leave and that the office would email him and Sarah. Within half an hour we had received 3 phone calls from Paul ( 2 of which we missed) and he advised us of what to do with the keys. Not so amazing, perhaps, except that the calls were from Colorado in the USA! Paul again phoned from there the following week after settlement to congratulate us and wish us well. What dedication!
