Fantastic SALE PRICE, could not be Happier with EXCEPTIONAL effort he and his team put in! Selecting an agent to sell a property that has been in the family is hard. Paul and his team made the choice exceptionally easy. He listened to our needs and recommended a marketing plan that suited out budget and got the most out of the buyers. He suggested a mix of internet advertising, social media advertising, offshore advertising (to Chinese buyers) and local newspaper ads. We feel that this covered all bases and received buyer enquiry from all platforms. All the other agents recommended cookie cutter packages that their franchises are probably pushing on home owners. I live in Broome Western Australia and was faced with the very daunting challenge of selling a property in Melbourne. As luck would have it I received a telephone call from Paul who was following up a phone conversation from a year ago.
