Firstly, we'd like to start by saying how much of a pleasure it was dealing with Paul. He was the agent for our Vendor, so didn't need to really cater to our questions and make our experience as a first home buyer as seamless and comfortable as it was, but he went above and beyond that to do so. If you had a question, you'd get an answer pretty much straight away and he would check in to see how we were going with things in advance for building inspections, pre-settlement inspections etc. He was extremely kind and very attentive to our situation, you didn't just feel like another number, was great in his communication of the whole buying process and was very easy to talk to. My partner and I couldn't recommend Paul high enough, I've already passed his details onto a best friend and am hoping he's still around in 15 to 20 years when we possibly sell up or want to buy!
