Merrick property had a reputation of achieving good results for prestige properties. They stood by their reputation in this case. Their marketing campaign is modernised, locally unsurpassed and supported by statistics. We desired a slightly unconventional presentation campaign, with no sign board and open homes by appointment only. This campaign required a lot more ground work from the agents and more interruptions to their weekly schedule. It was supported in full. They even worked on Sundays to achieve exceptional results. At no point did we feel any pressure to make decisions or adhere to any recommendations put forward to us. All matters were discussed in a logical, relaxed manner. Having a prestige house we were aware that it may not sell quickly. The Merrick property agents were patient and proactive in the refreshing marketing data to stop the listing becoming stale. Having fewer listing than the bigger agents allowed them to concentrate more specifically on their stock. We felt that we have had the personal touch all through the marketing campaign to the time of settlement.
