Merrick property had a reputation of achieving good results for prestige properties. They stood by their reputation in this case. Their marketing campaign is modernised, locally unsurpassed and supported by statistics. We desired a slightly unconventional presentation campaign, with no sign board and open homes by appointment only. This campaign required a lot more ground work from the agents and more interruptions to their weekly schedule. It was supported in full. They even worked on Sundays to achieve exceptional results. At no point did we feel any pressure to make decisions or adhere to any recommendations put forward to us. All matters were discussed in a logical, relaxed manner.
