We were faced with selling an elderly parent's property to finance admission to a nursing home. From the very beginning Paul was easy to talk with, honest and genuine. We discussed the prospect of selling the property in its current state; or spending a little bit to give it a fresh look, which is the option we choose. Paul stayed in contact with us to monitor the reno progress, and we were able to place the property on the market quickly once completed. Once listed the feedback from Paul & Natalie was excellent following each open date so we were able to gauge the level of interest of buyers. In the end we accepted an offer prior to auction, in which Paul was able to offer guidance on current market activity in a falling price period, and all with the added bonus of a very short settlement which worked extremely well in our favour.

It was our first time buying at auction and we were quite nervous. Paul acknowledged us before the auction began to offer any assistance and was friendly and funny throughout, taking the fear away from the process. We understandably expect an auctioneer and agent to have the vendor's best interest in mind but I do believe Paul genuinely helped us too.
