I first made contact with Paul in Sept 2020 to discuss the valuations of a deceased estate that wouldn't be coming onto the market until November 2021. During this original engagement Paul was courteous and professional in his approach and advice. Paul respected that I would call him when we were ready and never tried convincing me that we should list early. Looking into the suitability of the property and the options we had, Paul was very thorough and continued to impress with his understanding of the market, the type of buyers we could expect and how we should present the house for maximum value, without unnecessary cost to do so. As a result we moved some things around, had some pics taken and Paul found a buyer and it was sold within 3 days.
