Unfortunately, due to my personal commitments during January 2026, James was subjected to a very short Sales Regime, and able to only have my townhouse on the market for two weeks, he worked extremely hard to meet his commitments and I am thankful to James for that. Unfortunately for James, there was only one interested party at the Auction, and we didn't manage to reach the reserve price of $1.2Million. I was contacted by James and Michael (the Auctioneer) to see if I would accept the offer. I did accept the offer at the time; however it was on the proviso that the settlement time be reduced to the original agreement of 28 days, Unfortunately that was not agreed to.
James is an informative and honest agent, and always guided us in the right direction. He helped us secure a great property that suited our circumstances.
