Stumbled onto The Agency - Paul Turner on the internet when looking for an estate agent to sell our house. Because of good reviews, we decided to contact Paul who was quick to respond, initially via the phone, and made an appointment to speak with us the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and discussed our requirements regarding the sale. Paul had some great ideas on how we could/should go about this. After advising Paul of our decision on how we wanted to proceed, we all came to the conclusion that the first 'house open' was to be the next Sunday. On Sunday, Paul arrived on time and set up the house for viewing. A number of couples turned up & dealt with Paul. After it was all over, it turned out that there was one couple with children that were interested in purchasing the property. Paul wanted us to sign the sale contract ASAP, but we were unable to do so till the next day. This caused a small hiccup, but Paul & one of his associates worked on it to smooth things out & the contract went through. The settlement date was agreed to approx. 5 weeks later. Paul also arranged the final house inspection so it went off without a hitch.

I highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell a property. You are his priority and follows up with you continually through the whole process. He made me feel at ease and gave me lots of tips along the way to help me with my sale. Absolutely recommend Paul.
