Not only is Paul one of the nicest guys you'll meet, he is willing to go above and beyond what is expected to help. He managed to get a great price for my parents house, managed a complicated settlement involving numerous properties and when the removalists failed to turn up on the day, he spent hours helping me and my brother move the furniture, boxes and other household items. Outstanding!
I have know Paul for many years now and I honestly wouldn't get anyone else to handle a sale for me. I gave Paul a price I was looking for and on the first home open I had 3 offers after some negation Paul managed to get me a further $5,000 above the original offer which in total Paul managed to get me $15,000 more than I originally thought I would achieve.

Paul was extremely attentive to everything from day one until sale. He didn't rush me into signing a contract with him, which was a great sign that he trusts his own skills and abilities. He always had a contact for anything and everything that needed attention around the house to prepare it for presentation, I barely had to organise anything myself. He had the place looking amazing for release to the market, and even though the timing wasn't great (with the election on), we managed to get a great offer within a couple of weeks. He knows the Perth real estate market very well, for example, which suburbs are better to host home opens on Saturdays and other that are better on Sundays, something that I had no idea about.
