Negotiation is where Paula's strengths are a lot of the time there may be a buyer who really wants the property and a seller who is keen to sell but somehow negotiations just don't get there and the sale might fall through the cracks. Not with Paula at the pointy end of the deal is where she thrives and somehow brings the buyer and seller to a point where all parties are happy and the contract is signed!
