We were very happy with the purchase of our property through Paula and would not hesitate to recommend her. She is very professional and helpful, hence making the purchase transaction relatively stress free and as smooth as possible. Her market knowledge is outstanding and we are appreciative of the helpful advice she gave us along the way.
The sale of our first home was made easy by Paula Pearce. We chose her for her excellent negotiation skills, and her will to get the best outcome for us. As a result, our home was sold not only in the expected time, but also for the right price. I would highly recommend Paula Pearce
What can we say! Professional, knowledgeable, understands the industry and most importantly caring! My wife and I knew what we wanted and what our home was worth in this market. At no stage did Paula give up on us as she continued to search for our eventual buyer. With her very professional team, we succeeded in obtaining our price and the opportunity to move on hopefully with Paula's guidance in the future. If your looking for a true Professional in the real estate business, we would not go past Paula Pearce and her team.
We recently appointed Paula Pearce to sell our property in Norman Park and we are very happy with this decision. Paula has a can-do attitude, is highly professional and has excellent knowledge of the Norman Park property market. Paula is a good negotiator and achieved a great result for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paula to anyone looking to sell in the future.
Paula and the Place team were honest, informative, professional, supportive, responsive, trustworthy and delivered an impressive result quickly (less than 24 hours). Paula's after-sales service was also excellent with careful management of our interests through to settlement and even beyond as we search for our new home in the area. We couldn't speak more highly of Paula and recommend her to both sellers and buyers.
We chose Paula as our agent because of her professionalism, her sales experience and her knowledge of the area. We are so pleased to have Paula as our agent because she did exactly what she said she was going to do, her communication was exceptional, she was honest and transparent and above all she gained our trust and respect through out the process. I couldn't recommend her enough and we will continue to use her as our agent for any sales in the future.
Paula was very pleasant and easy to deal with, I believe both parties were very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend her services.

We would like to thank Paula and her team for their professionalism and dedication in achieving a top price for our property in a record time (less than 1 week). We were kept up to date throughout the process and any questions posed by email were answered by the team promptly. Paula is an expert negotiator and went out of her way to ensure she understood our situation, the attributes and value of the property and provided an outcome that suited both us and the buyers. We would recommend Paula to anyone wanting to sell their property.
We recently bought a house with Paula from Place in Bulimba, we enjoyed the process and found Paula to be easily contactable and honest throughout the purchase. With some very aggressive timelines set by both us and the buyer it was always going to be difficult however Paula pushed the process along at every opportunity and I would happily do business with her again. If we ever sell a property she will be my first call.
