We bought our current home through Paula Pearce (Place Estate Agents - Bulimba) back in July 2016. From beginning to end, Paula kept in regular contact with us to keep us updated on how everything was progressing. Any questions we had, Paula would always respond as soon as possible with an answer. We found her to be very professional, friendly, honest, helpful and hard-working. The whole process went smoothly and was a lot less stressful than we had anticipated. We are extremely happy in our new home and we are very thankful we had Paula assisting us to achieve this outcome.

Paula was great to deal with in the purchase of our property. She was professional, highly knowledgeable and honest during negotiations. She has proven record within Norman Park and surrounding suburbs, and knows the area very well. I would highly recommend listing a property with Paula.

Paula is a very knowledgeable and hard working agent. After looking for over six months and having a strong feel for the value in the market, Paula worked extremely hard for both ourselves as buyers and for the seller to secure the transaction. From this dealing as a buyer, I have recommended her to other prospective sellers and through further transactions I have been involved in, Paula has shown herself to be a trustworthy, hardworking, strongly committed real estate agent. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Paula is a very professional agent. I'm truly impressed by her efficient communication, result-oriented attitude, and her negotiation skills. Will highly recommended Paula to friends.

After reviewing other potential agents it was obvious that Paula the best knowledge of the local market. We are happy with the great price that Paula achieved. Paula's communication skills are excellent and she is always approachable. We also would like to acknowledge the work and support of Paula's Team at Place, nothing was too much trouble and their advice and support was spot on!

Paula was great in negotiating a mutually satisfactory outcome when we were buying our first home in Australia. She often went above and beyond her remit to help us. I would definitely recommend her to vendors.
