Penny was a delight to work with. From the first showing she was charming, warm and inviting. Great at delivering info and was completely upfront and honest in her approach. She also went above and beyond during purchase and sale of the property. Everything went smoothly and negotiations were spot on for both parties. Cant recommend her enough for the future. Thanks penny, your a gem!

Penny was able to provide great help and assistance whenever we were lost and did not know which direction to procceed. She will go that extra mile to ensure we are safe and providing information for better affordable contractors. Good job to her in her endeavors and thank you for all your efforts...

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Penny on the purchase of our new property. She answered all of our millions of questions, if she was unsure she found out and got back to us in record time. Our lives are always "crazy" and Penny just worked around our "craziness" as if it was quite normal. Would recommend her with hesitation.

To whom it may concern, Penny attended to my request to sell my home via local agent finder, after lodging my request Penny was the first to answer ! her response was immediate, the very next day she contacted me via mobile. After a brief meet & greet, and a general inspection of the property she set set out and discussed the sale & contingency plan, and moved quickly with photo shoot and property profile for market exposure. Penny sold the property after 38 days on the market !! Since her first open day right through to settlement, Penny has been brilliant, honest and very positive, Penny's negotiations skills are her signature. I have no doubt in my mind that the prompt sale of my property could have not been possible without Penny as my sales agent. Thank you John .

In December 2016 I purchased a property at The Vines with Penny Schouten acting as my agent. Penny conducts herself in a very professional manner as well as being very caring with a great touch of humour. I felt blessed to have Penny as my agent ...the result is I am very happy with the property I now reside in. I also have Penny as my friend. I will highly recommend Penny in the future.

Penny was fantastic with the sale of my home. She was friendly, enthusiastic and not pushy I. Getting me more than the house was on the market for. I couldn't have been happier with her and how she promoted my property. Thanks again Penny. Will definitely use your services next time I need to sell a property. Natasha Barbarich.

Penny took care of all our real estate needs, from selling to securing a new property. She was very fair with both parties during negotiating the sale. And worked hard to secure us our new home for the best price. It was very important to us the our agent look after and love our home like it was their own during inspection. Penny made the stress of selling bearable and enjoyed the excitement of the new project with us. We will recommend her and would use her services again.
