Perry Loong

I couldn’t speak more highly of Perry’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. He kept me consistently updated throughout every open home, supporting his feedback with weekly statistics and relevant market data, which gave me complete confidence in the process. His clear communication and strategic guidance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Perry to anyone looking to put their property on the market.

Perry and his team at Barry Plant went above and beyond to sell my home. They exceeded my expectations and I got a fabulous result. I highly recommend using them to sell your home. Thank you again

Perry Loong was a great help, the process was made very easy.

After some bad experiences it was refreshing to find a genuine and professional realtor with Perry Loong and we appreciated his honest communication throughout the process.

Perry Loong's knowing the market and what's around. Checking in constantly to see how we are going, due to how personal the home was to us, also with the guidance as it was the first time for me. Very professional and warming as he didn't just feel like someone working for us, he felt more of a mate helping us out. Always had a laugh and right to the end was understanding of the emotional part of the process. It was more than a pleasure working with Perry.

Perry’s reliability, accommodating nature, excellent communication skills, helpfulness, and resourcefulness make him an asset to anyone navigating the real estate market. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional a real estate who understands your need.
