When selling my mother's house I found Pete and Lisa to be very professional and with a great knowledge of the local market. We only had the house on the internet for twelve hours before we had an offer to match our asking price. They also ended up with a back up offer should the first failed. We were kept up to date with Pete calling at every milestone of the contract was reached. It was a pleasure to deal with Pete and Lisa as they took out the stress at the time as it was very emotional as it had been the family home for the past sixty-one years. I have no problems recommend them to my friends and family for any future sales or purchases.

We have been looking for a long time to buy and most Real Estate agents say they wild things for you but don't follow up. We found that Pete and Liza did this and more to help out us and from what we could see the owners as well. It is great to see there is still the old fashioned customer service still out there and we would highly recommend Pete and Liza to anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell to contact them. Peter and Liza went to extra efforts in making sure we were in a good position to launch our house on the market.
