I couldn't be happier with Peter acting as my real estate agent - he was excellent in all aspects, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me fully informed at all stages, even when things weren't looking so promising with the price guide being suggested. In the end, I achieved a more than favourable result and it was definitely due to Peter's powerful negotiating skills. I am very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Belle Property Dee Why in the future.
From a vendors perspective, it can be quite difficult to choose a sales agent. They all seem to have their own strengths. When selling my property in Dee Why, I selected Peter and the team, based on their tracking record and I was not disappointed. They were incredible! Before the house went on the market, I had the Belle’s team full support in getting my house ready for sale. They organised stylist, tradesman, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc…. Once the campaign started, Peter worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for us. He kept us informed throughout the process and managed everyone’s expectations really well. We sold our property in a tough market, however we had a really good result. I truly believe our success was due to Peter’s hard work and knowledge of the local market. Peter is truly an expert and his knowledge and skill set made me feel like we were in the best possible hands. Peter exceed my expectations in all aspects of the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter’s work.
Appreciated Pete's professional and genuine manner in dealing with me as a purchaser in an auction situation, answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of interest and preparation for the auction.
Very very happy with the professionalism that Peter showed us through our selling process, then got a great result on the day! Definitelty would recommend him!
Peter's approach is friendly and always professional. At the initial meeting with him, I was impressed by his willingness to share his knowledge and answer any question I asked. He was thorough in both the information he provided and his explanation of the proposed process. I was introduced to his team at an early stage, making it easier to communicate with the people who were assisting in the sale process. Peter was generous with his time and I appreciated the support he provided. I would recommend him highly to anyone wanting a skilled and personable agent.
We were extremely impressed with. Peter's knowledge of the current market conditions and the local area and his knowledge allowed us to achieve what we believe is an amazing sale result for us. Peter worked tirelessly for us and kept us well informed throughout the whole sale process and gave us plenty of invaluable advice to help present the property. He has a fantastic team that all worked in conjunction seamlessly including the stylists who did an amazing job of presenting the property. The sale process under Peter was completely effortless for us, right from the outset, through the open home and right through to signing of contracts. He was available to us at all stages and went out of his way to be available at our convenience. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone considering selling.
I was recommended to Peter through a friend for the sale of an investment property. Peter and his team provided me with an exceptional level of service. By far the best property experience I've had. He kept us fully informed, went out of his way to assist through arranging maintenance and staging to bring put forward the property in its best possible light. He was always available and provided excellent, practical advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter. I would certainly use Peter again.
We had a wonderful experience with Peter, Caroline, and the Belle Property Dee Why team as a whole. I honestly couldn't fault them. Peter was honest and realistic about the state of the market and what price we could expect for our house. He promised us great communication throughout the process and lived up to this fantastically. He worked tirelessly for us throughout the campaign and responded straight away to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Peter couldn't be more helpful and efficient. He addressed me to the right people (solicitor and broker) and he has clarified all my doubts regarding the process of buying the property. He also has been replying very soon to any of my texts or calls, making the whole process less stressful and possible.
I never felt pressured with Peter. He was always helpful and got back to any questions or requests i had the same day.
