Peter, Luke and Caroline are a great team and we were extremely pleased with their service throughout the sale process. The acumen of the team is certainly very strong and Peter was adept at anticipating our needs and kept us informed of all communication with prospective purchasers.
We were very happy with how Peter and the Team managed the sale of our property in this changing market. We believe that thinking differently and trying new strategies is very important. Thank you Peter! We were very happy with the result!
We had a great experience with Pete and his team right from first contact. Gave us good advice, well thought through, backed up by genuine market knowledge. The sale process was smooth in a tough market and we felt at ease and well guided at all times. We can't recommend working with Pete enough, his attention to detail is amazing.
It's a pleasure to write this letter to thank you for all your hard work in selling our Manly property. You provided that support and confidence we needed to know things would work out. Through it all you have been a good team who were clearly partners and friends. For all of these reasons this is why we can unconditionally recommend you to our friends and acquaintances. We look forward to building our portfolio with you all! :)
With this being our first forray into Australian propertybmarket, Peter's knowledge and expertise showed throgh. He constantly updated us about the property we eventually bought. Great communicator and highly recommended agent.
Peter is a thoroughly informed and professional agent with excellent communication, understanding of the market and ability to personalise his service to your individual needs. As prospective buyers, before becoming actual purchases, he generously provided his own time and energy in keeping us informed and helping us with any queries we had around any property in the market (even those he had no commercial interest in). Highly recommend his services to both buyers and sellers.
I had the worst experience with my 1st agent choice; no sale after 6 months so I was disillusioned & skeptical! I then chose Peter Capindale (2nd choice) to resurrect my sale. He was totally upfront, passionate, has extensive knowledge, very professional, you can trust his advice and he cares. He sold my house quickly in a month. Forget the rest; use Peter, he’s the best! Karen.
Peter, Luke and Caroline made the entire process of selling our property a very enjoyable experience. Right through our initial meeting, we knew we were in good hands with Peter and his team. The team worked well in coordinating all that is required in getting the property onto the market and it was stress free. We even had a laugh or two along the way. Not only the team provide professional advice every step of the way, Peter had also supported us emotionally when tough decisions needed to be made. The team was always a phone call away and regular feedback was provided with reliable data to back it up. Peter always made the time in going through the detailed weekly reports and guiding us in making the right decisions. In parallel, we had ongoing support from Peter in looking for our next home to buy. His support reduced further stress in selling and buying property at the same time. We sincerely can say that Peter and the team had exceeded our expectations and we personally like to thank Peter for going the extra mile in achieving an excellent outcome for our property. We would definitely recommend Peter and his team to anyone who seeling or buying property and want a hassle free and an enjoyable experience. Peter, Luke and Caroline we cannot thank you enough for your wonderful services and professionalism.
We have worked with Peter and his team on two separate occasions and have always found him to be an excellent agent. He is real and honest, 2 qualities that can be difficult to find in real estate. Peter kept us in the loop every step of the way and his team were always on top of the campaign. He provides realistic feedback which really helps when trying to understand an ever changing market. We were extremely happy with the result and have recommended Peter to our friends and family. Overall it made what can be a stressful time, a very positive experience. Thank you, Peter! We wish you all the best.
