At the negotiation time, he proved excellent skills in order to get the best outcome for us. at all stages of the process he was offering assistance even if this would place him outside his comfort zone (literally he offer himself to pack up our unit on during his free day) the conclusion was a clear description of his performance. Only 7 days to get the unit sold exceeding our top expectations and avoinding to go through the stressful auctioning process.
