We have known Peter for few years. During the whole time he has always been very helpful and ready to provide any assistance with property questions we have had. In many circumstances he provided us an additional sounding board when we were looking to buy our next property and he was not directly involved. Once we bought, selecting him as the agent for sell of our place was an easy decision. Peter is a fountain of knowledge, understands the market, the buyers and sellers. He has a great team of people making property transactions as easy as possible for sellers and buyers as well. He is trustworthy and I highly recommend to anyone who is considering a property sale to discuss with him how he can assist. Thank you for your support Peter Martin

We first met Peter only a week before we purchased our property through him. He worked very hard to negotiate the sale/purchase, and we have a good level of trust in him that he was being truthful in communicating other potential buyer's offers. He has also been very responsive in his communications, and just lovely to deal with. I would recommend him~

My wife Wendy and I have been thoroughly overwhelmed by the quality, professionalism and sincerity of the support from Peter, Claire and Caroline from Belle Property Dee Why. The team were fantastic in keeping us appraised every step of the way, and turned a potentially stressful process into one that went smoothly and ticked all our boxes. The result achieved exceeded our expectations. We chose Peter and Claire to be our agents because during our discovery phase they listened, they sort feedback, were very attentive to our needs, and where we may have exceed our expectations, they very diplomatically provided constructive advice that helped us along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter and Claire for your real estate needs.

Selling your treasured home is emotionally and financially one of the most important things you can attempt. Most of us only do this a couple of times in our life, so having trust and confidence in your agent is paramount. Peter, Claire & Caroline from Belle Dee Why gave care and tireless effort to allow trust and confidence to be no problem. That allowed advice and decisions on presentation, marketing and price to result in a very successful sale. We were told working at Belle Dee Why was like working with family, and after our own experience with the Dee Why crew through our Auction process, I believe they are right! Thankyou so much Pete, Claire and Caroline

I would highly recommend Peter and Claire. We purchased a property they had listed and through the whole process they were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist. Will definitely be calling on Peter and Claire for sales and purchases in the future.

Peter & Claire, were professional in every aspect of our sale. Our property was a challenging listing, as it was a partial renovation. They handled this with ease guiding us through the process with intelligent advice and achieved a final sale higher than the market! We would recommend

Peter and Claire worked very professionally throughout our purchase of our first property which my wife and I appreciated. They both gave good informative information and appreciated that we had very little knowledge in buying and participating in an auction. My wife and I would be very happy to cross paths with Peter and Claire should we ever decided to purchase another property through Belle property. Thanks for your assistance guys!

We recently had the privilege of working with Peter, Claire & Caroline of Belle Property, Dee Why to sell our apartment in Brookvale. Being our first sale we were a bit overwhelmed with the task, but the team at Belle Property had a sound understanding of the local market, and helped us present and market our property to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. Peter & Claire were in regular contact throughout the sale, providing us with inspection feedback, online marketing results and discussing strategy, so that we could make informed decisions. We were particularly impressed with their professionalism and integrity, both in their dealings with us and with potential buyers. We never felt pressured into decisions, and we were confident that buyers questions & concerns were being handled with patience and care. We would highly recommend Peter, Claire & Caroline to anyone who is thinking of selling their home, because they were a joy to work with, and they made it easy! Simon & Kara.

Peter was very open and honest (which is hard to find in a real estate agent!), he guided us theough the process and made the whole transaction a breeze

Dealing with Peter for the sale and purchase of a unit has been an absolute pleasure. Peter is diligent, knowledgeable and I recommend his services to everyone.

Peter has been great to work with on selling our unit. With his advice we tested the market in several ways to ensure that we were comfortable with our final price and offer. He was very professional and always ensured that we were kept in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend Peter to anyone that is looking to sell their property.

Peter has been extremely proactive in the area for a number of years, and has sold 4 properties surrounding my house. His regular communication and local knowledge of the market was a major factor in choosing him as my agent. Peter is very personable and professional and I would highly recommend him.
