Peter and the team at Mint have exceeded my expectations every step of the way through the process. They where helpful from the outset even when I was considering real estate agents but I am glad I settled on them. They helped me get my house ready from touch ups, to styling and cleaning even offering to roll up their sleeves and help knowing the tight timeline we where wanting to achieve. They moved from being told they would be agent to ready to sell in under 2 weeks including all of the house prep work and styling. They sold it in under 4 days from listing at an amount exceeding my expectations! The buyers who were the bidders who went the furthest were clients known to Mint - the real reason you want an agent is their network! They also continued to help my post the sale to get the unconditional and move us towards an speedy settlement which has helped greatly on another transaction. I honestly cant fault the Mint team and I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone selling. They are an absolutely A class team that you want on your side!

Peter and his team had made the whole process quick and painless for us. Peter had sold us our new house and we were happy with the experience and the transparent / open negotiation. So we decided to ask Peter to sell our old house. The Openn negotiation process worked very well for us. It meant that we didn't have any pressure to accept the first half reasonable offer, not knowing whether someone else after home open would be willing to offer more. Peter created a lot of interest in the property. We had multiple parties bidding against each other and therefore were able to reach a final price that we were very happy with. Peter worked hard for us, coming to our house many times with offers, changes to offers and updates seven days a week. Peter didn't make any false promises. Peter wasn't pushy, but we followed his advice and everything during the selling period turned out just the way he told us it would. Andy from Mint was also very helpful and efficient with his team of tradies and stylist / stagers in getting the house looking its best.

Pete has a positive and respectful approach. He communicates thoroughly at every step and respectfully manages all the anxieties that go with selling your home. Everyone in his team were also friendly, professional and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about getting you the best outcome. We would recommend Pete and his team without hesitation.

Based on our first interaction with Peter, we were left with a very positive feeling. Peter seemed head and shoulders above other agents in terms of his approach, style, communication and presentation. During the subsequent negotiation phase, however, Peter's self interest left us with a bitter taste in our mouths to the point he tried to push is to a higher uncomfortable price point arguing this would avoid him having to sacrifice commission. As soon as the O&A was signed, we neither saw or heard anything further from Peter. He simply washed hands of us having got what he wanted handing us off to others working for his agency. As part of the final inspection just prior to settlement we highlighted damage to the property that had not previously been highlighted to us. We received very little support and only after pushing our case did we receive a token amount of money to assist with covering the costs. When we moved in it became apparent that the recycling bin was almost entirely full with the previous owners rubbish. We highlighted this in an email to the agent but received no response. The 'hamper' received as a completion gift appeared to be an afterthought comprising for the most part items cobbled together from the local supermarket that we will not use. The experience overall was very poor and a fraction of our previous experience when we purchased our last property in Woodvale. We would not use Peter or Mint Real Estate for the future sale of this or any other property based on our experience.

Peter put in a lot of time to get us the home of our dreams. He is a great negotiator and prepared to work hard to achieve the best outcomes for both buyer and seller. Highly recommended!
