A great buying experience!

We purchased an investment property through Andy and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Andy didn’t over pressure us at any stage and kept us in the loop with what we needed to know. When our bank took longer than expected to finalise matters he kept his faith in us and kept the seller informed and got us an extension of time. Looking forward to dealing with him again!

A very pleasant working relationship!

I was able to establish an effective working relationship with Andy from the outset. He was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make the sale of my property a successful one, despite the pressures of Covid 19 and my situation being based in Victoria. I felt that despite my physical absence, I had my interests covered on the ground in Perth. He managed my expectations well and he went well beyond the call of duty in performing his mandate. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for this role and I would certainly retain his services again should the need arise in the future.

You won't regret choosing Andy to sell your property!

I've been on both sides of the fence with Andy, as a buyer and as a seller. Our experience was so good as a buyer (clear communication, honest, tenacious) that we sought him out to sell our place. Couldn't have made a better choice. Not only did he make the process super easy (which was a key criteria us being time-poor) taking care of everything, but he secured a higher buy price than what we had expected - even after having a guaranteed sale. He'll put in the hard yards to get the best possible outcome and that's the best quality you could ask for in an agent. Highly recommend!
