I have sold 2 properties through Phil in the last 6 months, and he has been exceptional. Both properties sold within the month, which tells me we knew the market and the price point. He and his team (Narelle) kept me in the loop the entire way and were always pleasant. But in terms of what I found to be so impressive. It would be the little things that Phil can organise because of his extensive contacts. Roller door guy, (attended within the day), building reports, Strata documents.
