Efficient service, strong market knowledge and understanding, good advice
I chose Phil and Narelle as a team from Independent to sell my unit rapidly. Phil had background knowledge as the agent who sold the unit to me originally so already understood the building and location details. Narelle took over much of the communication and together they were efficient at securing a sale with a decent price close to my required number, with a trade off of excellent timing to complete the sale. As a team Phil and Narelle deliver an efficient service and have good connections within real estate which act to their (and your) advantage. They are quick to respond to any questions and communicate progress regularly.
