Upon entering the property we were greeted with a brochure and some additional information from Phil regarding the various amenities. After the initial introduction we were left to peruse the property at our leisure. Having submitted an expression of interest not long after leaving the viewing, Phil contacted me the same day so we could arrange to continue with a more formal offer to the seller. (Which he took back to the seller later that same day) This resulted in Phil announcing the sellers acceptance later that evening which was an extremely welcome surprise, I had never imagined it could be or would be this seamless. Couldn't be happier so far!

What can we say about Phil but EXCELLENT and we were the buyers, of course Phil was acting in the best interest of his clients, the sellers, however Phill is so easy to talk too, could answer any question we had about the home and worked quickly and efficiently. If we were Selling or Buying we would recommend Phil highly , plus he and his Team have made the whole buying process easier in that they made arrangements for House Inspection Services and Termite Inspection which took a load off our plates. Also, since we relocated from Mandurah to Perth, we have had interaction with a number of Perth based real estate agents and frankly we found a few of them arrogant and did not know much about the homes they were selling. One told us there was a 25 year structural warranty on the home when in fact after we called the building company the warranty was 6 years!!!
