Phil was an absolutely delightful agent to purchase from. As first home buyers, we didn't exactly have a lot of knowledge on the workings and processes of a sale. Phil ensured we felt well armed with information at every step on the way. We ran into some unfortunate delays (another story) Phil was able to manage the expectations from all parties well to ensure a successful purchase. A great agent that you can't go wrong with!

Within a few days after our first meeting he had someone who he thought may be interested in our property, he then did a private walk through and presented us with a cash offer! We were lucky to have friends who had bought a house off Phil a few years ago and could not have been more happier with his service. our initial contact with Phil was laid back, his knowledge of the local market was brilliant. Unfortunately we did not sign up with Phil then, 8 weeks later we called him and everything he promised us went into full swing, photographs were being taken and we got a call off Phil, could he bring a couple round to have a look before it went on the market. Our house sold the next day for well above what we were expecting. In my view if you are looking for a agent to sell your house Phil Wiltshire is your man.

Phil was the vendors agent, yet he was fair in dealing with us. He was easy to negotiate with and we were happy with the final negotiated price. Although we did not live in the area, when our children who do (live in the area) saw the on line for sale details, they immediately recognised Phil as having dealt with him. He is obviously we'll know and respected in the area and this further set my mind at ease. No request for further details after we signed was too difficult and Phil continued to keep in touch. We settle soon and I don't foresee there being any issues. Overall he was a great agent and I would use him again in the future.
