Upon entering the property we were greeted with a brochure and some additional information from Phil regarding the various amenities. After the initial introduction we were left to peruse the property at our leisure. Having submitted an expression of interest not long after leaving the viewing, Phil contacted me the same day so we could arrange to continue with a more formal offer to the seller. (Which he took back to the seller later that same day) This resulted in Phil announcing the sellers acceptance later that evening which was an extremely welcome surprise, I had never imagined it could be or would be this seamless.
