This is the second time we have used Phil and he has been nothing short of amazing. Have has constantly gone that extra step to get us the best price and make the whole process as smooth as possible. As we are out of town Phil and his team have gone the extra mile on a daily for us to keep the house in the best possible state and taking care of anything that has popped up going well and truly above and beyond. We would not hesitate to recommend Phil, he is honest, straight to the point & knows his stuff

Phil was very helpful, forthright, genuine and clearly very knowledgeable with great energy, from the first inspection onward. Was able to assist in answering all of my questions, incredibly personable, and was able to facilitate a great experience for both myself and the seller.

Phil was great, excellent communication and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend. House was sold before it went to market and everything went smoothly.

We could tell he is very experienced at what he does, everything was spot on from how to present our house for sale and buying our next one, good and professional, did his absolute best and we are very thankful for it.

My experience with Phil as the agent for the sale of an investment property in Butler was absolutely fantastic and completely seamless from the first call through to settlement. Highly recommend if you are looking for an agent in the northern suburbs.

Phil is certainly an out there man - he said it as it was, the house was advertised and an offer came straight away, he said it would sell! Highly recommend that you use Phil and pass his name on to any of your friends and neighbours, he certainly knows his stuff, I am 100% happy with the result Thanks Phil

Phil was amazing to work with. He is selfless and has his client’s best interest at heart. I am someone who did not know much about housing market, however, due to Phil being extremely knowledgeable in that field, he was able to simplify it to me which made it a lot easier for me to enjoy the process. Phil approached his duties with outstanding professionalism. I will always recommend Phil to any one that wants the job done well.

Just recently bought a home in Clarkson with the aid of Josh. Josh was very knowledgeable and quite happy to offer assistance whenever it was needed. Josh could always be reached by phone, no matter what time of day. Even after the settlement Josh was still more that eager to answer any questions I had. If you are buying or selling a home then I highly recommend Josh and this company.

Phil has a great market knowledge especially butler area .I bought my house 10 years ago through him .Wanted to sell it in 2021 and phil helped me got the best market price which was more than my expectations. I live interstate in Melbourne. he helped me like a family to get everything fixed before putting house in the market and all repairs were arranged at affordable price .Everything went so smoothly with his expertism in the market . Phil is very honest person .I have heard real estate agents are hard to trust but when it comes to trust and honesty Phil is the person to go to . I will highly recommend buying or selling house through Phil as I have experienced both the services with him . He will only show you the real picture without any deceiving stories . Thanks Phil looking after me while I was interstate and making my selling the house experience super super smooth and best 🙏🙏

He knows his game, patient & understanding. Really nice bloke to deal with & if you have any concerns or issues, he’ll work with you to resolve.

Phil was fantastic from the minute we made contact. He is very professional and will bend over backwards to help. Nothing was too much trouble and looked after us (the buyers) just as much as the sellers. We would recommend Phil to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a house. His knowledge of the market is spot on and we will definitely use him again.
