Phil made our buying experience such a pleasure and he was immediately able to answer several questions we had.His knowledge of the area was very helpful, and the surrounding neighbourhood. Found Phil to be very friendly and professional and he made the whole process of our purchase so easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend Phil to our friends.

I am so happy that I had Phil sell my home. I had 6 Offers on my 1st home open to a fairly average looking house. Phil is professional, A1 in communication and his knowledge of the current market is outstanding. Phil gave me constructive advice which I took on board and I received a better than expected price on my home. I have no hesitation in suggesting homeowners give Phil the opportunity to sell their home.

From start to finish the process with Phil/Josh was seamless. We interviewed 3 different agents from our area with Phil/Josh being the "TOP PICK",their expertise on the best way to market & sell our property was a winner & we got above what we were expecting in the sale. Thanks again Phil/Josh!!

Phil has lots of experience in the area, great communication throughout the buying process and very friendly.

Goes over the top and out of his way to get the house ready for sale and makes the process nice and smooth. if i was to sell a house i wouldnt look any where else and i have friends as real estates agents.

From the moment I met Phil I knew he was the man for the job as he showed extensive knowledge of the market and went above and beyond in tips on the display of our home. He has his finger on the pulse at all times and made our experience in selling our home and easy one.

We interviewed a couple of the agents in the area and Phil stood out as OUR agent!!! Phil's friendly, practical and innovative mindset helped us transform our property into a buyers dream home. His enthusiasm, charm and great communication made the process from listing to selling simple and fun. As the area expert he truely knows the market. As a result our home sold quickly with ease.

At the very start, Phil demonstrated a professional work ethic in the marketing of our beautiful property. His knowledge of the local market is second to none, and his customer service is of the highest standard. Pleasant, professional and productive experience that delivered a positive outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil to any Buyer or Seller.

Buying through Phil was the best decision I made. Phil was able to assist me with trades and his after-settlement care has been impeccable. A really genuine and honest guy that you can put your faith in. Thanks Phil!

We are buying from another state & Phil was a absolutely amazing, very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable of the area and was just a genuine guy..

Sold our house without it even going to market. Phil is professional & easy to get along with. He made the whole process easy. We would 100% recommend.

Phil has been an agent on the Butler scene for many years. Even though we didn't buy our house from Phil when we moved here, he remembered us from house viewings over a decade ago. He has always been personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't buy at a great time and have been waiting for the market to catch up so we can exit with some equity. As a result Phil has appraised our home 4 or 5 times since we purchased it. We never felt pressured to sell, he listened to what we wanted and our end goals and told us if it wasn't right to sell at that time. Other local agents at times advised our home was worth more, but were never able to back up their figures. Phil's estimates were always realistic. With the market moving our way at last, we listed our home with Phil and it sold for significantly over the asking price in under two weeks without a home open. Just two targeted private viewings, he already knew what they were looking for and matched our home to the prospective buyers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Butler.
