Phil & Josh from REMAX have been nothing but helpful. We went for one house walk thru and fell INLOVE with it at that moment. Phil could see how much we loved it. We all had faith for this house and it all went well! Phil has made the transition and process very easy! Josh has also been such a great help through all of this. As someone who is purchasing their first home, such a daunting experience. Phil and his team made it so easy through it all. From providing information on the house to settling in and being there for whenever I had a question to ask. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me with purchasing my first home. Thank you.

After any months of working on My house to get it up too sale worthy with many fears buyers weren’t going to like it and the fact I never wanted to sell but I was in a no win situation. I was put on to Phil Wiltshire from Remax but couldn’t get the courage to make that call. That afternoon late my phone rang and it was Phil, from that moment I new there wasn’t going to be any other appraisals done his knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I felt comfortable and it all happened. Phil and Josh came in we worked together got the house organised for the photo shoot there was a little bit of shifting but no mishaps and it went on the market. My house sold in a day for well over asking price and a great deposit. As you can imagine I was shell shocked at what I was hearing it was a first all round for Phil and his team and I’m so happy for them all here work ethics are amazing. So if you plan on selling your property look know further than Phil Wiltshire and team from Remax simply the best. Awesome guys Thankyou so much for everything🥰

Phil exceeded all expectations delivering a service well beyond what should be required of an agent. Phil managed all property renovations outsourcing all works to external contractors on my behalf. Phil accelerated the turn around time in order to have the property on the market within 4 weeks. The property was immaculately presented and was under offer before first “Home Open”. Phil’s knowledge of the market and local area is incomparable and the professional manner in which Phil conducted communications throughout the process, was appreciated. I highly recommend Phil and his team.

I originally purchased the property through Phil 7 years ago and was in the market to sell. I knew it had to be Phil. A very personable and trustworthy agent Phil's knowledge of the area, his reputation within the community along with his professionalism & integrity is why I trusted Phil to sell my property. From the 1st client meeting through to the point of sale he was able to effectively communicate the plan for sale, the process for selling and was realistic in meeting expectations. My property was put on the market at the start of the week and an offer made within a week! I can't thank Phil enough for his hard work and guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend anyone in the area who is looking to buy or sell to get in touch with Phil Wiltshire Remax Extreme.
