I have purchased many properties in the past, in Scotland, however this is my first experience buying a property in Australia. Both my husband and I went to many home openings before having the privilege of meeting Phil. We both felt that the many of the realestate agents did not follow through with what they promised on the day of the home open. We both met Phil at seperate times and agreed that his manner, and professionalism was exceptional. He was friendly and relatable.
