From day 1 I knew Phil was the man to sell our first home we put alot of hard work in renovating our property so was bitter sweet putting on market Phil made it a very stress free exciting step. He is professional knowledgable and most of all works very hard. We had a few agents come thru and didn't have the belief in getting top dollar for our home but Phil had only positivity to get the figure we wanted and he Got IT. Phil was very professional in his knowledge and understanding of the market. From the first meeting, until we had decided to go ahead with the sale which was fairly quick as I wanted to get the property on the market asap. Phil actually managed to secure a buyer even before my house was officially advertised as on the market which ended up saving me on marketing fee's and took a huge weight off my shoulders.
