Phil and his team were very helpful to us as we were overseas during the selling process. They were good at contacting us and taking our calls/ringing us back. They were flexible as well when we needed to be available with the time difference! We chose Phil because he had good knowledge of our local area and had sold several properties previously in our housing community.
